Refund policy
Your dogs happiness is important to us, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a generous 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. That means you're welcome to try it on at home and return it if you don't love it! We strongly recommend trying it on for fit before using it as we may be unable to accept a return once the item has been used.
To be eligible for a return (excluding faults), your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.
You are of course welcome to try the products on, but please do so with care. Items must be returned free of dog hair, no strong smells, and stain free. We may deduct up to 20% of your order value as a cleaning fee if this is not the case.
Please also keep and return with the original packaging.
Please make sure you measure your dog correctly before ordering to prevent any potential issues.

If you're worried about the condition of your return, please also get in touch before sending it back.
If you are sure you want to return for a refund, or you already know what you want to exchange for, please send your order back to the address below in NEW condition along with a note with your order number so we know it's from you and confirming if you'd like a refund or an exchange. You don't have to email first.

You are responsible for return shipping costs except where in the rare event that the item is faulty in which case we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for the return until we receive it.
Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your product has been used or damaged in use (except where faulty) we cannot accept a return. If the item is returned in a condition such that it cannot be re-sold even if we clean it, we cannot offer a refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to do exchanges but the same conditions apply as for returns and you are responsible for shipping costs except where the item is faulty. You may also have to pay our shipping cost to send out the replacement.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, please let us know and we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately you can't place a new order with a new (or larger) discount code that wasn't applied to your original order and return the original. In this case, we will treat any refund as though the original discount was applied to both orders.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (usually a lot sooner, we aim to get all issues resolved ASAP). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
