WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE & FAST UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WHEN YOU SPEND JUST £25 - OTHERWISE UK SHIPPING IS JUST £2.99.
SHIPPING TIMES:
We know you are excited to receive your products, and we can't wait for them to arrive either so most orders should arrive within 2-3 working days using a tracked service. You will receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched and you should receive tracking updates.
We offer same day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3pm.
DELIVERY PARTNERS:
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. In rare cases we may use other providers if appropriate.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY:
If your order is not with you within the delivery window advised, please let us know. We will chase the courier up for you and do what we can to get your order delivered ASAP.
In the event your item is not delivered on a timely basis or is lost in transit, please let us know. We want to get any issues resolved for you ASAP and we can arrange for replacements to be sent out where appropriate.
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know. We can arrange a return and replacement and we can take this up with the courier.
It is important to let us know about any issues with delivery sooner rather than later. If you do not let us know within 30 days of shipping, we may not be able to assist you. Giving us feedback also helps us to improve our service for you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We offer international shipping to Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If for whatever reason you can't checkout or arrange delivery, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.
All international delivery options includes import VAT, duties and tariffs to be paid by us, so there should be no unexpected charges on delivery worldwide.
We will use whichever delivery provider is deemed the best option for delivery to your country at the time of ordering.
