Quality lead

Love this lead, great for my greyhound who likes to explore, just enough give so it doesn't jar me.

Life saver

My lovely 5 year old greyhound bit h is very strong and very active. She already had the know how to do scape from the lead ……not the collar …….by doing a twirly and landing. BEHIND the person holding the lead and then starting to run before the person can fully turn round and who would normally drop the lead. I HAVE NEVER DROPPED THE LEAD…….but have never fallen down……come close thoigh………the bungee lead seems to prevent his behaviour to a certain extent mainly if I use the second handle right near the collar. If she lunges after a squirrel suddenly then my arm isn’t pulled due to the “bungee bit” stretching. Also because it is padded I’m. Not getting the bruises on my hands.
I’ve had racing greyhounds at home for almost 60 years now and I’m almost 83.
But I wouldn’t advise a new owner of this age to re home a greyhound unless there is a male in the house to help. Unfortunately I am a widow now and my late lovely husband adored all dogs

My Health & Her Safety

Well, finally I find the right gear for a powerhouse whippet. The harness I ordered firstly, then the longest Bungee Lead! I love the strap at the base of the lead gives me more control around people, dogs and road walking. Her training is much more controlled. The Bungee bit is for her to sniff. Belles recall off lead works between Mr W and I but we are in our late 70's so no running to catch her when she has seen something so much more fun! Thank you Snootiful, my arthritic limbs are less grumpy every walkies now!

Excellent lead for preventing stress on human joints

I bought this lead not because my dog pulls all the time, but because he has a tendency to start running in any direction very fast if he picks up a sight or sound, which jars my shoulders, neck and back. This lead stops all the joint stress. My dog feels the resistance well before the lead is at full stretch which slows him down and gives me time to brace myself and get him in check. Walking him is so much more comfortable and less stressful now. The lead is very long even when not stretched, so when walking in residential areas I do need to gather the length up a bit, or he would easily be in the road half the time, but that's a small inconvenience and I am very glad I bought the lead.
